ELLE Baltic is hiring for multiple remote positions:

1. CREATIVE / PRODUCTION LEAD:

Job description:
• Prepare files for print and oversee final production
• Work with printing houses to ensure top quality
• Maintain visual consistency across each issue
• Adapt layouts as editorial content evolves
• Collaborate closely with the editorial team
• Design for both print and digital

What we expect:
• Strong understanding of magazine production (formats, color profiles, finishing)
• High attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work in a fast-moving editorial environment
• Flexibility and responsiveness to feedback

2. SOCIAL MEDIA EDITOR

Job description:
• Develop and implement social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
• Create, edit and publish content across ELLE Baltic social platforms
• Stay on top of fashion, culture and current affairs, and translate them into timely content
• Analyse social media performance, monitor results and suggest improvements
• Track trends and provide insights
• Collaborate closely with the editorial and creative teams

What we expect:
• University degree and at least 1 year of experience in communications
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content formats
• A refined aesthetic sense and interest in fashion and culture
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
